Seeking a doctoral degree in science education, to improve classroom skills and expand understanding of pedagogy through in depth research.
Expand scope of teaching to include preparing new teachers for classroom and work with experienced teachers to improve classroom practices.
Serve as a liaison between district curriculum department and campus teachers. Design and lead district and campus level professional development for new and experienced teachers. Contribute to the development of science curriculum for the entire district of 127 schools.
